Dr. Megan LaFollette is Executive Director of the 3Rs Collaborative, leading a global network of 100+ volunteers to advance replacement, reduction, and refinement in animal research. With over a decade of experience, she champions evidence-based strategies like refined mouse handling, workplace wellness, and microphysiological systems. She earned her PhD in Animal Behavior and Welfare from Purdue University and serves on the AVMA’s steering committee for human-animal interactions. Driven by a belief in collaboration, Dr. LaFollette works to improve science for both people and animals.
