The Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Human Research Protections (SACHRP) provides expert advice and recommendations on issues and topics pertaining to or associated with the protection of human research subjects. It works to advise on how to improve the quality of the system of human research protection programs.
SACHRP has released their recommendations to provide expert advice on the following topics:
- The IRB’s authority regarding the use of data
- New challenges regarding the interactions among sponsors, sites, and subjects in clinical trials.
