Semiannual Evaluations In Depth complements and expands upon the basic regulatory elements covered in the Essentials for IACUC Members course. It provides more in-depth information about the conduct of semiannual evaluations and discusses best practices and a variety of ideas on how to approach program review and facility inspections while preventing the conduct of these activities from becoming rote. This in-depth course promotes continuing education by providing additional knowledge and expertise regarding the conduct of semiannual evaluations. Consequently, the course supports the maintenance of a high-quality animal care and use program.
