About this Course

This course provides information on how to adopt and integrate telehealth technologies into interprofessional collaboration (IPC) and practice to increase patient access to healthcare professionals, improve patient outcomes, enhance provider knowledge, and support the provider through consultation.

Course Highlights – Purpose of Using Telehealth Strategies for IPC:

  • To support locally and regionally delivered interprofessional care
  • To enhance and expand patient access to healthcare professionals not readily accessible for in-person visits
  • To create innovative models for collaboration
