While Controlled Unclassified Information, or CUI, has been a formal concept in the Federal Register since the issuance of the final rule of 32 CFR Part 2002 on September 14, 2016, confusion persists around what it is, what it isn’t, and how universities and university research is impacted by it. This webinar provides a better understanding of 32 CFR Part 2002, including the safeguarding requirements.
