Eating for Health and Weight Management

This course reviews chronic disease factors that can be changed with diet.  In this discussion, learners review how a plant-based diet can improve their risk factors as well as sources of fat that are healthy and unhealthy. The course concludes with a review of the consequences of consuming excess protein and tips for weight management.
