About this Course

In this course, the presenter provides recommendations related to the health and wellbeing of students.  Many of the topics will be critical to students who will be living away from home for the first time.  This course is a great first set of modules for students before exploring additional courses in this series.

Course Content

Your Health and Wellbeing – Part I

Learners will explore common campus challenges to anticipate and prepare for them. They will review how to navigate their healthcare path. This prepares learners for the topics presented in the second part of the course.

Your Health and Wellbeing – Part II

Building from the first part of the course, learners explore public health on campus. The module then reviews common illnesses in young adults (and the often associated myths).  The module concludes with a discussion of the mind/body connection.
