Course Content

Mental Health and College Students

In this course, learners review the common mental health concerns among college students, including the importance of differentiating stress from anxiety. Learners will examine different strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and depression. The module concludes with on-campus and off-campus mental health resource suggestions as well as what to do if learners or someone they know are experiencing suicidal thoughts.
