Description

Research Integrity for Senior and Key Personnel is an advanced Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) course designed for principal investigators, experienced researchers, and senior personnel. It explores the ethical responsibilities of those who lead research teams, covering topics such as mentoring, authorship, data management, collaboration, and fostering healthy, inclusive research environments. Through practical examples and leadership-focused guidance, the course helps senior researchers strengthen integrity practices and model responsible behavior across their research programs.
