This new series includes courses covering how to establish and incorporate telehealth in healthcare and education settings. They provide advanced training on these topics that go beyond foundational telehealth content.
The Operationalizing Telehealth course covers operational considerations of implementing a telehealth service at your healthcare organization. The course discusses potential issues and considerations (such as technology barriers and legal risks), addresses health equity concerns, and concludes with a module summarizing how to put it all together and develop an effective telehealth workflow.
The Telehealth in Clinical Education course presents how to incorporate telehealth in a clinical education setting, including case studies and considerations.

Judy Campbell, MSN, RN, CCM – Write RN
Judy Campbell, MSN, RN, CCM, has been a registered nurse since 2008 and has experience in various care settings – long-term care, acute care, and community nursing. She is currently a care manager for the Medicaid population in Hawaii. She is a certified nurse case manager and a freelance writer who aims to transform healthcare. Sara North, PT, DPT, PhD, MEd, FNAP – University of Minnesota
Sara North PT, DPT, PhD, MEd serves as Director of Educational Innovation and Evaluation and Associate Professor of Physical Therapy. Dr. North is a Telehealth Faculty Mentor for the Office of Academic Clinical Affairs, collaboratively designed a telehealth clinic to address clinical education needs, and developed a scaffolded telehealth curriculum.
