Using the FY25 funding year, this video-based series provides an overview of the U.S. Department of Energy’s SBIR-STTR program. Learners begin with an overview of the DOE and its SBIR-STTR program. From there, this series provides a deep dive into proposal elements including the narrative, budget, and biographical sketches.

Amanda Barnhart, MBA, BSE – BBC Entrepreneurial Training & Consulting
Amanda has worked with the federal SBIR/STTR program for the past decade and won over 75 contracts and grants. Her first awards were at a small high-tech business, and then she became a consultant to help other small businesses navigate the application and post-award administrative processes.
