L. Eric James , MS, JD – Minnesota State University, Mankato
Professor James has been in research administration and regulatory compliance for over 25 years. He has presented for both NCURA and SRA, and is currently active in the area of complex adaptive systems, systems design and management, engineering education research, economic development, and project management.
