Understanding the legal foundation of service animals is key to protecting the rights of people with disabilities. This webinar provides an understanding of the legal foundation, what questions may be asked of the service dog handler, and when and where a service dog handler may be asked to remove their dog. The webinar concludes with a discussion on the training the dog and handler receive and the important part the dogs play in helping individuals with disabilities to live independent lives.
