Tech Ethics

An annual base subscription fee will be applied to each of your organization’s sites* and will include access to all of our core subjects. Large institutions with a high learner volume, virtual learner groups, healthcare systems, and other complex organizations may be considered equivalent to multiple sites*. Each site* shall be required to pay a CITI Program base subscription fee.

Core subjects included in your organizational subscription:

• Our custom subscription solution allows organizations to select six (6) courses/series for their base subscription from our expanding library
• Note: The only courses you may not select within our custom subscription option are (1) Protocol Registration and Results Summary Disclosure in ClinicalTrials.gov, (2) the Just ASK™: Introduction to Equity and Diversity in Clinical Research and Trials Participation course.

Annual Base Subscription Fee:

• Government / Non-Profit Organizations - $4,000 USD per site*
• For-Profit Organizations - $4,500 USD per site*

Additional Course and Webinar Fees:

• Additional courses are available starting at $675 per year/per site*
• Webinars can be accessed by ordering the All Access Webinar Package starting at $1,000 per year/per site*
• CITI Program's All Access Webinar Package allows you to add all of CITI Program’s currently available webinar recordings as well as future recordings released during a subscription period. (This product includes most CITI Program-generated webinars. Some webinars offered through special / partner programs may not be offered as part of this package.)

Additional Services Available:

• Single Sign On Service (SSO). Additional fees will apply – a sales representative will review with you
• Automated Download Service - Additional fee of $500, then a $100 annual maintenance fee thereafter
• Addition of custom content or organizational materials to your organization's curriculum. Additional fees will apply – a sales representative will review with you
• Translation Services - CITI Program can translate content into several languages for your organization. Additional fees will apply – a sales representative will review with you

*A “site” is a facility owned and/or operated by or actively affiliated with a subscribing organization where 30 or more employees, agents, or students of the organization will complete CITI Program courses in a given year.
