Challace Pahlevan-Ibrekic, MBE, CIP

Challace Pahlevan-Ibrekic is Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Institute of Health System Science at Northwell Health. She oversees post-approval monitoring and provides regulatory and ethics consultations on development and ethical uses of artificial intelligence, pragmatic research, and implementation science in healthcare settings. Challace is committed to fostering effective partnerships between administrative offices, investigators and research volunteers, bridging the gap between scientific discovery and real-world application. She serves as the Culture of C.A.R.E. in Research Lead for the Feinstein Institutes, where core values of connectedness, awareness, respect and empathy during the conduct of research promote trust in the research process.
