How are CITI Program Administrators designated and what is their role?

Your organization will need to identify one or more administrators (admins) to work with CITI Program staff and manage the organization’s CITI Program account. They will be our main point of contact and responsible for helping us set up, customize, and implement training. They will also have access to admin tools to track progress and completion data. We recommend keeping the number of admins to a minimum to improve efficiency and selecting them based on the courses your organization plans to use.

Can you change your organization’s designated administrators?

How do I add courses to my base subscription?

CITI Program courses that are not included in the base subscription can be added for your learners at an additional fee starting as low as $675. To add courses, please fill out our course add-on form or contact our support team at support@citiprogram.org. How do I add webinars to my base subscription?

CITI Program webinars can be accessed by subscribing to the All Access Webinar Package. It can be added to your organization's subscription, starting at $1,000, here. If you already subscribe to the All Access Webinar Package, please contact our support team to add additional webinars. How can I add or make changes to services, such as custom reporting?

We offer a number of services, including custom reporting, translation of course content, and Single Sign-On.
