Description
This course helps university students understand their rights and responsibilities under Title IX, with a focus on preventing and addressing sexual harassment, discrimination, and gender-based violence. Through real-life scenarios and practical guidance, students will learn how to recognize inappropriate behavior, support peers, and access campus resources. The course also outlines reporting procedures and emphasizes the importance of creating a safe and respectful campus community.

Lorna Fink is an experienced education administrator and consultant focused on providing solutions to compliance, risk management, and equity challenges. She is the Founder of the Independent Colleges and Universities Compliance and Ethics Consortium, a speaker with Academic Impressions, and previously the University Compliance Officer/Title IX Coordinator at Lynn University.
