Dear Friends,

As 2020 comes to an end, we at CITI Program wish our colleagues, organizational administrators, and all members of our extended family a very happy, healthy, and warm holiday season. This has been an exceptionally challenging year for all of us and we are proud to have navigated these challenges together as a global community. Over 400,000 learners came to CITI Program from outside the U.S., in addition to over a million domestic learners.

CITI Program celebrated its 20th anniversary this year and we are grateful to all that helped make the Program what it is today. We are also grateful to our staff, advisors, and authors who in carrying out our mission, came together to develop free courses and content offerings available to all during the pandemic. We began with our COVID-19: Back to Campus course, along with a collection of webinars on several important topics. We then followed up with our Remote Contact Tracing and Participating in Vaccine Research content. As organizations look toward re-opening campuses and research facilities in 2021, we now also provide the Insights for Higher Ed Leaders series. These offerings have been deployed by hundreds of institutions and completed by tens of thousands of learners.

The year has also brought numerous new organizations to the program, many of which are involved in critical research related to COVID-19. We are exceptionally proud that these organizations selected CITI Program to meet their training requirements and we are grateful to play a small part in these critical endeavors.

On behalf of the CITI Program team, I wish you and your loved ones the best during this holiday season and we join you in looking forward to a brighter 2021.

Best wishes,
Bharat Krishna
